Cloud now no longer starts with limit at the start of the very first match of the game This build is not tournament legal due to several changes in movesets that I've made to characters, replaced characters and some character skins.

This update is sort of a balance patch for Cloud to make him more similar to his Smash 4/Ultimate counterpart while adding a personal nerf to his limit neutral special. Ryu, the lead character of the Street Fighter series (by ALM5252, DSX8 and CaliKingz01) Robin, the customizable tactician protagonist of Fire Emblem Awakening (by Lillith) Chrom, the exalt of Ylisse from Fire Emblem Awakening (Based off of Lillith's Brawl Chrom PSA) Ridley, Samus' Archenemy from the Metroid Series (Classic Ridley PSA by KingJigglypuff and R̢i҉̴̛͜d̷̕҉̴l̨̧͠͡e͘͜͠y̴̶͡͠͞) It contains all characters from vanilla project m, the characters in my normal build and new characters to my build such as: Introducing Beef's Build EX v1.0, a version of my build based off of Project M EX. There are PSAS that have NEVER been in a pack before and others that have combined move sets. This may seem like “just another BrawlEx pack” for now but trust this one is different from the rest. This project was done to appreciate tons of hacks over the years, to create a pack based on the community’s preferences and to recreate the newest smash game to an extent while keeping it original.
